Intersection (Oregon Opal)

"Intersection" is based on a close-up of a section of Oregon Opal in Rhyolite Jasper. I was inspired by the brilliant orange and yellow coloring of the stone. 

The soft pastel brands I used were Henri Roche, Unison, Jack Richeson Handrolled, Mount Vision, Sennelier, Schmincke, Holbein and Faber-Castell Polychromos pastels.
