Inspiration for "Buried Treasure" comes from the beautiful rocks that line seacoasts, lakes and riverbeds. Each rock is a treasure.
The soft pastel brands I used were Henri Roche, Unison, Jack Richeson Handrolled, Mount Vision, Schmincke, Holbein and Faber-Castell Polychromos pastels.
"Buried Treasure" is shown in the 2025 Pastel Society of the West Coast Magazine.
